VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank announces Resolution No.148/2019/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated March 12, 2019 as follows:

Approving the audited financial statements in 2017 by Ernst and Young Viet Nam Co., Ltd.
Approving the 2018 profit distribution:

- Profit after tax: 7,355,568 million dongs

- Reserve fund for supplementing charter capital: 3,924,391 million dongs

- Financial reserve fund: 735,428 million dongs

- Investment and development fund: 2,821,184 million dongs
