On March 12, 2019, the Board of Directors of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (TRACODI) approved the additional capital contribution to BCG Land JSC with the stake value of VND146,800,000,000. Accordingly, total value of stake of TRACODI after trading to VND367 billion, accounting for 36.70% charter capital of BCG Land JSC.

          Time of implementation: March 2019.
