Article 1: Approving the result of payment for share purchase in the stock issuance under the certificate dated January 09, 2019:

-       Estimated issue volume: 10,000,000  shares

-       Distributed volume: 10,000,000 shares

-       Registered volume and payment from 02/15/2019 to 03/06/2019: 3,742,298 shares

-       Fractional volume and unsold shares: 6,257,702 shares

-       Selling price: VND10,000/share

-       Stock type: common share.

Article 2: Approving the distribution of fractional and unsold shares: 

-       Fractional volume and unsold shares: 6,257,702 shares

-       Number of shares continuing to be distributed: 6,257,702 shares

-       Selling price: VND10,000/share

-       Payment date: March 11, 2019 or until the day when the shares are sold out.

-       Buyers:

1. Vu Ngoc Thang: 1,400,000 shares

2. Tran Trong Ly: 1,350,000 shares

3. Tran Kim Tuyen: 1,057,702 shares

4. Nguyen Thanh Luan: 1,250,000 shares.

-       These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
