On March 09, 2019, Phu Tai Joint Stock Corporation announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 0 share

- Number of shares registered to buy: 1,500,000 shares

- Purpose: to reduce the number of outstanding shares and increase the trading value.

- Expected trading period: from March 19, 2019 to April 17, 2019

- Trading method: Order matching or put through.
