HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company sent a document to HOSE to ask for the extension of submission for financial statements in 2019 as follows:
- For the quarterly financial statements: within 30 days from the last day of quarter;
- Reviewed semi-annual financial statements: 60 days from the last day of the first six months of fiscal year, but no more than 05 days from the day when the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements.
- Audited annual financial statements: within 100 days from the last day of fiscal year, but no more than 10 days from the day when the audit firm signs the audited financial statements.
However, the request of HBC will be reviewed by the State Securities Commission.
