According to the Board resolution dated February 20, 2019, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company approved to execute the interim dividend payment for 2018 and organize the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

1. Interim dividend ratio: 30%/charter capital

-       Payment method: in cash.

2. The 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:  

-       Meeting time: April 12, 2019

-       Meeting venue: 146E Nguyen Dinh Chinh, Ward 8, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC.

2. The record date to execute the interim dividend payment and organize the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: March 12, 2019.
