Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company (VPI) has received the first-instance civil judgment from the People's Court of Nam Tu Liem District, Ha Noi City regarding the disputes over the apartment purchase contracts between the plaintiff Mr. Duong Ngoc Binh, Mr. Duong Hong Minh and Ms. Duong Kim Dung, the defendant New Ha Noi Real Estate Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company and Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company, the person related to rights and obligations. Accordingly, the People's Court of Nam Tu Liem District decided as follows:

−      Not to approve the plaintiff’s petition for declaring void contracts;

−      Not to approve the petition that VPI must have joint responsibilities with the defendant for paying damages to the plaintiff.

−      Not to approve the petition that VPI and the defendant jointly return the plaintiff all of the received money relevant to the contracts.

−      Besides, the People's Court of Nam Tu Liem District decided other issues on court fees and appeals.
