2. Approving to continue to buy 337,500 shares of Hoang Viet Education Development Investment Joint Stock Company with total value of VND 3,375,000,000. Accordingly, Sai Gon Vien Dong Technology Joint Stock Company raises the owning ratio in Hoang Viet Education Development Investment Joint Stock Company to 1,012,500 shares, accounting for 30% charter capital.
