VID: BOD resolution on increasing capital in Hoang Viet and Viet My

The Board resolution dated December 26, 2019, the Board of Directors of Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation (VID) approved the following issues:

  1. Approving to increase the investment capital to Hoang Viet Education Development Investment Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, stock issuance to raise charter capital to existing shareholders of Hoang Viet Education Development Investment JSC. After the investment completes, the owning ratio of VID in Hoang Viet Education Development Investment JSC to 28.33%.
  2. Approving to increase the investment capital to Viet My Education Culture Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, stock issuance to raise charter capital to existing shareholders of Viet My Education Culture JSC. After the investment completes, the owning ratio of VID in Viet My Education Culture JSC to 5.60%.
  3. Approving the time of implementation in December 2019.
