The Board resolution dated December 25, 2019, the Board of Directors of Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving to buy 6,600,000 shares of Tan Viet An Tourism and Trading with the transfer value of VND 140,000,000,000. After the transfer completes, Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company will expect to own 100% charter capital of Tan Viet An Tourism and Trading. Accordingly, Tan Viet An Tourism and Trading will become the subsidiary of Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company.
2. Approving to buy 780,000 shares of Minh Cam Mineral Joint Stock Company with the transfer value of VND 50,000,000,000. After the transfer completes, Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company will expect to own 20% charter capital of Minh Cam Mineral Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Minh Cam Mineral Joint Stock Company will become associated company of Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company.
