-      Stock code: VPB

-      Stock type: common share

-      Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-      Number of shares expected to be issued: 31,000,000 shares

-      Purpose: stock issuance under ESOP.

-      Ending date for settlement:  December 17, 2019

-      Expected trading date: 30% of 2020, 35% of 2021, 35% of 2022

-      Number of distributed shares: 31,000,000 shares

-      Issuing price: 10,000 dongs/share

-      Number of distributed employees: 725 persons

-      Number of current shares: 2,529,967,966 shares.

2. Approving the adjustment of foreign ownership ratio after issuing ESOP from 22.53% to 22.77. Accordingly, the foreign ownership limit fixed at 22.77%.
