-       Stock volume: 2,450,000 shares (TIX contributed 49% charter capital)

-       Total value of investment: VND 24,500,000,000

-       Number of shares to transfer: 1,475,000 shares

-       Expected selling price: VND 10,000/share

-       Expected total proceeds: VND 14,750,000,000

-       Owning ratio after transferring: 19.5% (equivalent to 975,000 shares).
