On December 12, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.545/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Vegetable Oil Packing Joint Stock Company (VPK):

-       Number of shares delisted     : 14,998,817 shares

-       Value of shares delisted        : VND149,988,170,000

-       Effective delisting date          : January 13, 2020

-     Reason: The listed company suspends or is suspended main business activities for one year or more, as defined at Point b, Clause 1, Article 60 of Decree No.58/2012/ND-CP and Clause 1.2, Article 26 of the Listing Regulation on Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
