-       Stock name: The PAN Group Joint Stock Company

-       Stock type: common share

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Number of shares issued: 173,101,141 shares

-       Number of outstanding shares: 173,101,141 shares

-       Number of treasury shares: 69,000 shares

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 43,258,035 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND 432,580,350,000

-       Issue ratio:  25% (Shareholder who owns 1 share will receive 01 rights, and with every 04 rights will be entitled to receive 01 new share.)

-       Expected charter capital after issuing: VND 2,163,591,760,000

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-       Time of implementation: December 2019 or January 2020.

-       Record date: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
