According to Regulation on organization and management of Upcom market issued with Decision No. 634/QD-SGDCHN dated on 24/09/2019, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced as follows:
- Putting 2,500,000 shares of ALV Infrastructure Development Investment JSC (ALV) out of trading suspension because the Company remedied reasons leading to trading suspension stipulated in Item 2, Article 33 of Trading Registration Regulation.
- Putting the 2,500,000 ALV shares under trading restriction because the Company has delisted shares and has not remedied reason leading to delisting status stipulated in Point k, Item 1, Article 60, Decree 58/2012/ND-CP stipulating in detail and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the securities law dated on 20/07/2012. Besides, auditor had refused to give their opinion on 2018 Audited Financial Statement, which led ALV shares to be under trading restriction (based on principles in Point d and e, Article 32 of Trading Registration Regulation).
