VRE: BOD resolution on purchasing the treasury shares

The Board resolution dated October 30, 2019, Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to repurchase shares as treasury shares.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved the transaction plan to repurchase its treasury shares:

-       Stock name: Vinhomes Joint Stock Company

-       Stock code: VHM

-       Number of registered shares to buy: max 56,500,000 shares, equivalent to 2.426% charter capital.

-       Purpose of repurchase: to protect shareholders’ interest.

-       Trading period: within 30 days after being approved the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)

-       Trading method: order matching or put through.
