Pursuant to Listing Regulations at HNX attached to Decision No.639/QĐ-SGDHN dated 13/10/2016 and Decision No. 958/QD-SGDHN dated 24/11/2017 on the amendment, supplement of Listing Regulation, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:
-          Issuer: Song Da 1.01 Joint Stock Company
-          Stock code: SJC
-          Reason: The Company violated regulations on information disclosure and did not overcome the situation leading to being under alert. Specifically, the Company has not announced 2018 Financial Statement, 2018 Annual Report, 2019 Reviewed Financial Statement yet and the company disclosed 2019 Corporate Governance Report late.
-          Effective date: 07/10/2019
-          Trading restriction: SJC shares can only be traded on Friday weekly
Supervision period ends when the company overcomes current situation
