HPI: HNX notice: Stock under trading restriction

Pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.634/QD-SGDHN dated 24/09/2019 (Regulation on trading registration), HNX announces on stock under trading restriction of HPI stock as follows:
  • Issuer: Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Joint Stock Company
  • Securities type: common stock
  • Stock code: HPI
  • Par value: VND10,000/share
  • Number of shares under temporary trading suspension: 60,000,000 shares
  • Total value under temporary trading suspension (by par): VND 600,000,000,000
  • Trading restriction: HPI can only be traded on Friday weekly. 
  • Effective date: 07/10/2019
  • Reason: Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Joint Stock Company has not overcome the cause of the trading suspension situation. According to Point a, Item 1, Article 32 of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction.
 Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when HPI stock is allowed to be traded normally again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension.
