Article 1: Termination of operation of branch of Vietnam K.I.P Joint Stock Company in Hanoi

Effective date: from 01 Oct 2019
Article 2: Assign General Manager of the Company to direct the implementation of procedures for closing tax code and handling other related legal issues in accordance with regulations of existing law.
