The Board resolution dated October 02, 2019, Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation (VSC) approved the following issues:

The Board of Directors approved to set up Green Port Com Ltd with the charter capital of VND 110 billion (VSC contributed 100% charter capital of Green Port Com Ltd).
The Board of Directors approved to raise charter capital for VTB Green Star Com Ltd (is a subsidiary of VSC) from VND 45 billion to VND 70 billion.
The Board of Directors approved the additional investment of 20 containers and somiromoocs for VTB Green Star Com Ltd.
