The Board of Directors of Sai Gon Cargo Service Corporation approved to pay for the first phase 2019 dividend in cash:

-       Record date:  November 01, 2019

-       Payment date: November 12, 2019

-       Dividend pay-out ratio: 30%/ par value (VND3,000/ share)

-       Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Sai Gon Cargo Service Corporation as from November 12, 2019.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
