On October 15, 2019, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (Saigontel) approved the policy on the co-operation to carry out Dai Dong – Hoan Son Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction Investment and Exploitation Project (Phase II) in Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province. This project is invested by Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation.
