SGN: Board resolution on share redemption from ex-employees

On October 10, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Ground Services Joint Stock Company approved the share redemption as follows:

- Number of shares registered for redemption: 7,000 shares

- Purpose: to withdraw shares from the ex-employees

- Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit

- Buying price: based on the market price but no more than the price at the equitization time (VND14,000/share).
