Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company announces the Board Resolution dated October 11, 2019 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved the credit limit of USD 5,500,000 at Taipei Fubon Bank – Hochiminh Branch and USD 5,500,000 at OBU branch to supplement working capital.
This loan is guaranteed by Mr. Shen Shang Pang – Chairman of BOD.
