Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company (COMECO) announces the decision of the High People’s Court in Hanoi. Accordingly, COMECO will receive a total amount of VND38,828,947,000, of which:
- VND37,131,447,000 to be jointly compensated by the defendants involved in the case of Hyundai Vietnam Electronics.
- VND1,697,500,000 to be paid by the defendants to the blocking account of Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement in Hanoi.
