1. Approving to pay second cash dividend from the undistributed profit after tax until 12/31/2018:

-       Exercise ratio: 5% (500 dongs/share)

-       Record date: October 25, 2019

-       Payment date: November 29, 2019.

2. Approving to put a stop to pay stock dividend with the exercise ratio of 20%.
