On December 25, 2018, The Board of Directors of Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company approved contents as follows:

1. The BOD approved remuneration of the BOD and the BOS:

a. Remuneration of the BOD:

- Chairman of the BOD: VND6 million/month

- Deputy Chairman of the BOD: VND5 million/month

- Member of the BOD: VND4 million/month

- Ms. Phan Thi Minh Chau - Deputy Chairman of the BOD: VND35 million/month

b. Remuneration of the BOS:

- Head of the BOS: VND3 million/month

- Member of the BOS: VND2 million/month

c. Remuneration of Secretary: VND2 million/month

2. The BOD approved to adjust business plan for 2019:

- Revenue: VND892 billion

-  Gross profit: VND227 billion

- Net profit after tax: VND81 billion.
