On December 28, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1561/TB-SGDHCM about the change of date of the first dividend payment for 2018 of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 as follows:

- Ex-right date: December 17, 2018

- Record date: December 18, 2018

- Reason & purpose: to pay first cash dividend for 2018

- Payment date: January 04, 2019 (instead of January 18, 2019).

- Reason for change: the company has arranged payment sources earlier than planned.
