The Board resolution dated January 28, 2019, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company approved to withdraw the whole of 1,673,036 shares in Thac Xang Hydropower Joint Stock Company (Thac Xang JSC) to transfer to another company.

After the transfer completes, Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company will no longer own shares of Thac Xang JSC.
