On January 24, 2019, the Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company (FLC) approved the aircraft rental guarantee for Tre Viet Aiways Co., Ltd (Bamboo Airways) and the signing of rental hiring contract with WWTAI AIROPCO II DAC. Details are as follows:

- The Lessee: Tre Viet Aiways Co., Ltd.

- The Lessor: WWTAI AIROPCO II DAC.

- Hiring assets type:

+ A320 – 200 Aircraft No.: 3010

- Volume: 01 aircraft

- Contract period: 72 months from the signing date of contract.
