According to the Board resolution dated January 21, 2019, the Board of Directors of Transimex Corporation (TMS) approved the following issues:

1. 1.      The report of the CEO on the business performance in 2018.
2. 2.      The BOD approved business plan for 2019.
3. 3.      The BOD approved salary fund in 2018 and 2019.
4. 4.      The BOD approved to change of business line (52292 to 5120)
5. 5.      The BOD approved to amend the Articles of Association
6. 6.      The approved to invest in Vinh Loc Industrial Park project in HCM city and Hung Yen province.
7. 7.      BOD submitted to AGM for approval to issue 300 billion dongs bonds and private placement 10% for strategic shareholders.
8. 8.      The BOD approved to hold Annual General Meeting 2018-2019:

1. 9.      The BOD approved to elect members of the supervisory Board at TMS Property.
2. 10.  The BOD approved credit limit at Shinhan Vietnam (VND44 billion).
