Petroleum Industrial & Civil Construction Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province regarding the tax penalty as follows:

1. Based on the decision of tax inspection dated January 19, 2017:

-       Penalty for administrative violation : VND6,000,000

2. Based on the decision of tax inspection dated September 20, 2017:

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND5,105,923 and VND2,100,000

-       Value added tax arrears: VND46,541,818

-       Personal income tax arrear: VND25,529,615

-       Late payment: VND1,263,716.
