On January 16, 2019, Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 3,101,350 shares

- Number of shares registered to be bought: 3,700,000 shares

- Purpose: to make its treasury shares.

- Expected trading period: from January 29, 2019 to February 27, 2019.

- Trading method: order matching or put through.
