The Board resolution of Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company (VIP) dated January 10, 2019 approving the following issues:

Approving the result of the selling shares of VIP in Duyen Hai Vocational College.
Approving the draft of the stock transfer contract of VIP in Duyen Hai Vocational College.
To resign Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thanh, Mr. Phan Thanh Hai and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan as the representative of stake of VIP in Duyen Hai Vocational College after the transfer completed shares.
