On January 11, 2019, the Board of Directors of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (VIC) approved to set up a subsidiary with the following contents:

- Company name: Vindigix Technology Development Investment Joint Stock Company

- Address: 7 Bang Lang, Vinhomes Riverside, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Ha Noi City.

- Charter capital: VND300,000,000,000 (VIC contributed VND240,000,000,000, accounting for 80% charter capital of VINDIGIX.

- Main business line: information technology services.
