1. The Board of Directors approved the result of stock issuance to the existing shareholders as follows:

-       Number of shares registered to offer: 21,600,000 shares

-       Time for subscription and deposit: from December 12, 2018 to January 07, 2019

-       Offering price: VND10,000/share

-       Number of shares subscribed and paid: 21,489,994 shares

-       Number of unsold shares: 110,006 shares

2. The Board of Directors approved to distribute 110,006 unsold shares to the following investors:

-       These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the finish date of the offering.
