QCG: BOD approves to decrease its stake in Da Nang Marina

The Board resolution dated January 09, 2019, Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (QCG) approved to decrease its stake in Da Nang Marina Com. Ltd as follows:

- Reduced stake: VND195,300,000,000

- Total equity capital of QCG in Da Nang Marina Com. Ltd after decrease: VND261,000,000,000, equivalent to 90% charter capital.

- Total charter capital of Da Nang Marina Com. Ltd after decrease: VND290,000,000,000

- To appoint Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nhu Loan as the representative of stake in Da Nang Marina Com. Ltd.
