On August 30, 2018, the Board of Directors of HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (subsidiary) approved to sign the transaction agreements with Housing and Urban Development Corporation (parent company) with the following content:

   Housing and Urban Development Corporation approved the transfer of part of project of HUD Urban – Son Tay (Area 2 – Phase 1) at Son Tay Town, Ha Noi City to HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, with total transfer of VND48,010,194,000.
