On August 28, 2018, the Board of Directors of Century Land Joint Stock Company approved to buy the additional shares with total value of VND30,000,000,000 for charter capital increase from VND20,000,000,000 up to VND50,000,000,000 at World Star Land Service Joint Stock Company (WSL).

    After the transfer completed, Century Land Joint Stock Company will increase 51% charter capital at World Star Land Service Joint Stock Company.

   Time of implementation: expected September 2018.
