On September 25, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.375/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: MCG) into warning status as from October 02, 2018.

Reason: The company has delayed its audited semi-annual financial statements 2018 for more than 15 working days from the expiry date of the regulation on information disclosure. This is the case of warned securities, regulated at Point 1.1, Article 22 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
