On September 07, 2018, the Board of Directors of I.D.I International Development and Investment Corporation decided to pay dividend for 2017 and 2018 as follows:

1. To pay cash or stock dividend for 2017:

-       Exercise ratio: 9%/charter capital

-       Time of implementation: no later than October 2018.

2. To pay first cash or stock dividend for 2018:

-       Exercise ratio: 11%/charter capital

-       Time of implementation: no later than October 2018.
