On September 13, 2018, KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved the BOD resolution as follows:

1. Approving to restructure investments on the principle of preserving capital and earning profits to the company. In order to do this, the company is able to sell its shares and capital in subsidiaries and associates; including:

-       Sa Pa Resources Investment Joint Stock Company;

-       Lao Cai Fused Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company;

-       Thịnh Vượng Agro-forestry Development and Investment Joint Stock Company;

-       Gia Huy Investment and Service Trading Company Limited;

-       Huy Hoang General Trading Service Joint Stock Company (finished);

-       Tam Nguyen Investment Company Limited.

2. Approving to orient its investments: the company will implement investments in the land, office for lease, woods, building material and consumer goods.
3. Time of implementation: from September 2018 to December 2018.
