-       Number of treasury shares: 344,954 shares

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 17,080,000 shares

-       Issue ratio: 100:139 (shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 100 rights will be entitled to have 139 new shares.)
