On August 27, 2018, the Board of Directors of Mirae Joint Stock Company (KMR)  approved to borrow capital at Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank)  - Binh Duong Industrial Park Branch with the following details:

-       Credit line: VND150,000,000,000

-       Purpose of loan: to capitalize the project “to invest a new Padding cotton sheet production line”

-      Mortgage assets: the land use right, machinery and equipment and other assets meet the requirements as the Vietinbank regulation.
