-       Exercise ratio: 10:2 (Shareholders are entitled to have 02 new shares for every 10 shares owned.)

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-       For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 188 shares. With 20% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 188 * 20% = 37.6 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 37 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.6 will be cancelled.

-       These shares will not be restricted the transfer.

-       Time of implementation: within 30 days from the date of notice by the State Securities Commission which received the full documentation.
