On August 20, 2018, the Board of Directors of Van Phat Hung Corporation approved to establish a subsidiary with the following contents:

Company name: An Hung Development and Investment Joint Stock Company
Head office: 89 Hoang Quoc Viet, Phu Thuan Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
Charter capital: VND150,000,000,000 (VPH contributes 99% stake, equivalent to VND148,500,000,000
Business line: real estate business and development investment for projects.
To appoint Ms. Dang Thanh Huyen as the representative of stake of Van Phat Hung Corporation in An Hung Development and Investment Joint Stock Company.
