1. Approving to plan the stock issuance for dividend payment and capital increase from the undistributed profit after tax to existing shareholders:

-       Stock type: common share

-       Number of outstanding shares: 186,317,161 shares

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 55,895,148 shares

-       Par value: 10,000 dongs

-       Total value (based on par value): VND558,951,480,000

-       Issuing ratio: 10: 3 (Shareholder who owns 10 shares will receive 03 new shares.)

-       Time of implementation: Q3.2018

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The number of shares issued to pay dividend will be rounded down to dozen. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

2. Approving to raise its charter capital from VND1,874,499,510,000 to VND2,433,450,990,000 (equivalent to 243,345,099 shares).
