TMT Motors Corporation announces the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2018 dated November 05, 2018 as follows:

Approving the resignation of Mr. Ngo Van Han and Mr. Bui Van Kien as the members of the Board of Directors for the period 2017 – 2021.
Approving the result of the additional election of the Board of Directors member for the period 2017 – 2021:

- Ms. Trinh Thi Hong Le;

- Ms. Do Thi Hanh
