On November 02, 2018, VNDIRECT Securities Corporation announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 3,948,548 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 10,000,000 shares

- Purpose: to reduce its outstanding shares and restructure its capital resources

- Expected trading period: from November 14, 2018 to December 12, 2018

- Trading method: Order matching or put through.
