On November 16, 2018, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam announces Resolution of Annual General Meeting  as follows:

1. Approving a plan for private placement to foreign strategic investors:

-       Stock type: common share

-       Par value: VND10,000/ share

-       Charter capital:VND34,187,153,340,000

-       Exercise ratio to foreign strategic investors: 15% of charter capital after issuance

-       Estimated issue volume: 603,302,706 shares

-       Total issue value: VND6,033,027,060,000

-       Estimated charter capital after issuance: VND40,220,180,400,000

-       Time of implementation: in 2018-2019

-       Regulation on transfer: Shares are transferred after 05 years

-       Object (foreign strategic investors): KEB Hana Bank (Korea)

2. Approving to amend the Articles of Association.
